Use PropagateUnhandledClassErrors to configure vbWatchdog (Version 2.3.2 or higher) for testing in Setup/TearDown.

   EnableWatchdog
   ErrEx.PropagateUnhandledClassErrors = True
End Sub
 
Public Sub TearDown()
   DisableWatchdog
   ErrEx.PropagateUnhandledClassErrors = False
